Koko, you don't need as much. For c-section delivery, very little discharge. My hospital package include about 10, and I use them only in the hospital. When I go back home, I don't use maternity napkin, just normal ones for night time. In total, I use only 3 packs of maternity napkin, which are also included in the hospital package.
Use all in the hospital only because they throw it away everytime they help you to change, never wash.
