So I really follow the rule ga. Kiyomi's school yesterday had the x'mas dinner already. Does Valerie have school dinner or packed lunch?
Touchwood to say, Kiyomi seems getting better when she is getting older. Last year she didn't have any sick off from school. But it is hard to say la u know! When Kiyomi was young, she could caught cold every 2 weeks! (That's why I don't really believe breastfed baby is healthier!) I won't cook 'soup noodles' for dinner ga. Most of the time, I will cook rice. If not, I will cook spaghetti / roast potatoes with pies. But everyday no matter what I cook, there must have meat + veg lor. Usually we will eat rice for 5/6 days in a week then 1/2 day s with spagetti/roast dinner lor.

其实小娃呢2,3年都算touch wood, 不過係呢排差d 你一個week boil 一次湯都唔算少喎...我呢個月簡直0次...Sat真係要煲先! 我果曰同我家姐講電話, 佢話我煑得飯少, 同埋egg & milk 少喎 又話我放學比得junk food太多, 所以冇胃口食飯所以我由this week開始佢地放學後唔比食snack..根住5pm食飯...晏d食apples...真系好好多

都系UMF20+ ??? 我通常都係買UMF15+, 之前promo買UMF12+ (buy 3 for 2), 我都唔知食咗有冇diff
is free if buy more than £29. I am very surprised they are so efficient!(sorry I am not advertising for them!)But this UMF20+ I don't eat everyday, if eat everyday, I will eat 10+

不過或者一陣帶小娃番kumon前shop吓la, 我仲未攪掂d xmas gifts呀
last sunday 諗住shop, 點知去完marcus's classmate's birthday party, 幫佢mami 整埋d嘢, 去到kingston都4 pm 行得1hr就食飯...

yes, i've heard it's the best cure for stomarch ache or sore throat...but apart fm this...i m not sure la coz they hv 1tsp a day but still ill lor...

My kids will eat one bowl of rice for dinner + meat + veg lor. I think it is more important to eat 5 fruits + veg a day rather than eating eggs+milk. I think my kids have 5 a day (if we eat at home.) Every night I will prepare fruits for them after dinner ga, so u see I just like a maid in a family! There is no crisps, no chocolate, no sweets at my house ga.And recently even no biscuits ga (cos don't want Kiyomi grow too much fat la!) For snack, I will give banana or cereal bar. But I try to cut Kiyomi's snack cos I don't want her to be a fat woman when she grows up!
