依家我做蛋糕都會用Splenda，因為睇住用幾十grams糖未食都覺得甜！

雪糕我依家就會睇清楚係icecream先至買，好驚買咗frozen dessert，唔單至肥仲好唔健康！

我都鍾意Haagen-Dazs，但係我嘅favourite係Chapman's嘅Neapolitan，係好懷舊嘅三色雪糕（士多啤梨，朱古力，雲哩拿），食親都好似回到童年！

夏天好熱呀~~住HOUSE 唔開A/C係好辛苦, 今日第一日開24C, 但感覺都好熱, 特別係上層有D 滾.

自己個NOTEBOOK又死0左, 而家用緊0既DESK TOP又SUNSUN地. 上星期都好少上BK. 你地係唔係差不多第三個TRIMESTER啦?

抽筋症狀 ?? lack of calcium wor, other than taking materna, do you take extra calcium gar? i am taking materna, calcium and omega-3 everyday gar. Hope ahbocat your 抽筋 can get less after taking calcium lar.

sounds like you both mama really shop a lot in Joe's in the past weekend.

. I am more lucky, my sister in law just came from HK and bought a lot for my baby, including towel, sleeping sack, clothes, socks .... a lot a lot .. so nice to have family in HK .. hehehe

right now, I really crave for cake, icecream and pop ar .. but only choose diet pop now... icecream or cake, i guess have to wait maybe 1 time in 2 or 3 weeks lar .. 忍忍忍 ... only 2 1/2 months to go lar ... i guess my baby is a few weeks older than ahbocat's . anyway ... 努力努力!!

我有同醫生講（上一胎o個時），但係佢就話係好正常，都冇叫我食多啲鈣。我除咗食Materna，每日都會食一杯yogurt，一片芝士or一杯奶。

我妹妹早排返嚟都帶咗好多野比Oscar，佢話見到啲靚野就唔捨得唔買比個姨甥仔！

係呀，beselsel，你個BB應該會大少少，我預產係9月22日，我預計都會早少少，我諗係15/16左右啦。我上一胎早咗3日，今次應該會早多幾日...啲人話第二胎會早啲喎。總之早少少好過遲。

我果時都有買materna, 仲有兩樽tim, 但我好憎果陣味, 又好大粒. 所以食0左一半都無呀. 醫生開folic acid 比我, 細細粒好好多.

我missed 0左joe果個sale, 但去0左MEXX baby 買0左件靚0既衫比owen 雙滿月著!! 我見shopping mall 好多sale. baby mexx d 衫好攪笑, 好似男人著番工果d衫, 但係baby size. 有d老積. 之前有auntie 送0左set 比owen, 我見佢著老積得泥又幾得意. 於是就買多件, 而家50% off everything.

除0左joe 同winners, 你地中意去邊買衫比bb呀? 我覺得gap d 衫有時真係好gap, 特別係佢d stripes, 女仔果d 好靚. 男仔body 果d都好cute, 但去到toddler好似麻麻地.

你sis in law 買衫比你 baby?真係好啦, 係hk shopping真係一流. 平靚又有型. 不過係有d唔可以放dryer 煩d. 你要check 清楚, 如果唔係有好多靚衫會縮到好短.

我之前係taobao都買0左好多出口0既bb衫, 我諗同hk 果d 都好似, 乾完我要勁stretch先可以著. 而家我多0左手owen d 衫, 特別係靚dd果d. 因為唔想佢縮水. 有時佢有屎屎污染0左, 又要用手即刻洗, 食人奶佢d 屎屎有時可以噴到上upper back, 好可怕.

有craving 食dessert? hehe, 食少少ok呀, 你0甘叻瘦0左4磅. 不過真係control 住, 我果時就係放任地食, 最中意食timmies 0既cookies....所以而家後悔..要做exercise先可以減番. 你真係要加油呀!!

mango 係tom至愛. 我地都好想快d 可以bbq, 上星期先setup 好patio furniture, 要等tom install 埋兩個bbq 爐,( 一個gas, 一個smoke, 佢真係好serious......)就可以有bbq party! 我仲記得你上次話去st lawerence market 買seafood 番去bbq......口水流~
等我地萬事俱備, 要再請你地呢食野

我買衫比BB係邊度都會去，Winners會係最多，因為可以搵到啲好牌子。有時撞啱Bay神神地會超平，幾蚊一套Winnie the Pooh Classic／Gagou Tagou，我唔係好知佢點計，但係減吓減吓o個啲additional discount就會好平，都係要用心喺Sales Racks度間。Sears就真係麻麻...我寧願去Walmart。我真係度度都去，唯一冇幫襯就係Gymboree，我覺得貴。你想買乜野衫？bodysuit定係出街衫？我見到有平可以通知你，幫你買都冇問題！

嘩！阿Tom真係好認真喎，又gas爐又smoke爐。有野食，你地叫到一定到！如果你知你會過嚟我哩邊，你早一兩日話我聽，你地都可以過嚟BBQ架！我都好掛住St. Lawrence啲大蝦同帶子！

啱啱見完醫生，佢話樣樣都okay，我冇重過，而細佬已經轉咗身，不過都仲有空位佢郁，醫生話細佬都係普通size，咁就好囉！

糖尿測驗pass咗，好開心！不過醫生就話pass咗都唔可以亂食...佢係一定要搵啲野嚟"話"我！激死！:;pppp:

我同佢講我抽筋，問佢係咪唔夠鈣，佢就話冇關係，叫我得閑拉吓筋做少少運動。

今晚book咗做massage，希望可以鬆吓啲筋骨！

bad news bad news ... my second test still not pass ... so I will have to go taking a class in hospital, will see what to do next .. the class starts this friday.

... no choice .. I hope they will give me a good balance meals with some sweets and noodle etc., because is really getting bore while only eating vege and meat everyday ... wanna throw ... :;pppp:

ahbocat ... so happy for you can pass the test ... anyway, we only have 2 months left lar ... lo lick ... add oil!!!

so lucky, this week, my hubby can off and we can do a lot of shopping and clean up at home to get ready for the baby arrival. We are so excited, really wanna know how the BB looks like.

My OB keep saying the BB too big, I am so worry now might have to do "C" section. but less pain to start with law ... what do you think? deliver naturally or "C" section better ar?

Also, I remember some of you are having milk pump, did you really work with it? I am now not sure which brand is better, any suggestion?

oh no, poor beselsel.

no worry, just follow their instruction on diets and u and baby will be fine. the good thing is after two month u'll be holding ur baby, time flies real fast.
enjoy this moment when u are still having ur baby inside ur womb.

cook veggies and meats in more delicious way!! low carb isn't nececessarily blend and boring. though most of the yummy food are likely to be high fat and high sugar.

when i was about 30week pregnant, i went to have 4D Ultrasound. it's not covered by OHIP and we paid 100 CDN for it. i hestitated first but after i was happy i did it. cos i gotta see owen before he was born. the image was so clear and i now look at that and noticed it exactly got the same feature of my son. when we was doing 4D ultrasound, i saw owen was picking his nose and it was so oooooo funny!! if you would like to see ur baby sooner, and dun mind paying about 100, 4D ultrasound is fun
