I m thinking to buy 放濕機 too for Jasmine. She caught cold after Sunday but not a lot of 鼻水 now, but the nose is bit block.

I checked the 放濕機 around 300-500

你有冇事過比保嬰丹 Jasmine 食呀？我依幾日都有比 Esme 食，幾好架你可以試試。

我會try to relex，但有時d 情緒好似control 唔到，有時好想 :cry: 。個面又生左好多粒大瘡瘡好又痛又ugly。
好想快d到16週，聽d人講先會定好多，總之又worry，又眼訓，又無胃口，又頂住，又生瘡，個肚又有小小抽抽痛，有時又有小小啡色分泌，一見到小小啡又驚起黎。
總之一放假成日一個人係屋企仲唔好，我情願快d返學，有d 寄託唔好成日一個人亂諗野。

hey 12 weeks will be okay ga la. if you worry just lay down. when you see your got BROWN colour come out what you can do. LAY DOWN ok? I had brown too when I was carrying Jasmine. sometimes it is normal and the little bit cramping on the belly just like you have period that pain it is normal too. but if so painful then you need to call doctor.

Try not drink COLD drink much. Warm drink. Stress can cause you problem ok.

如果 Jasmine 肯食奶就唔好比 fresh soy milk 佢啦，始終都唔係米好，我聽人講 soy milk 多數都係比 d 腸胃唔好或易敏感既 BB 架，另外如果 BB 有痰食猴棗未好好架，可以清痰，Esme 有好多痰時食兩支就冇晒啦，唔洗睇醫生。

好好休息呀, 其實呢個時候最好睇下d育嬰書, 一來可以打發下d時間, 唔使自己太無聊亂諗野, 而且睇書又唔會咁粗勞.
