If that's the case, try to have your friend's company start the process asap in case her I-751 can't go through. In the mean time, have you friend try to collect as much information as possible-- information that can show that they entered their marriage in good faith. Also, do they share financial responsibilities etc? Any bank account together? Who pay the bills? Did they file tax return jointly etc? Anyway, all the information that can support that they live together as a couple etc.

I remember I read something regarding those online in various forum. You can have your friend try to search on those and see what other people's cases are like. In summary, she will need to try collect as much information as possible so she can file the I-751 herself (without her husband involved).

我近期公司好忙，預期年尾會更忙，但我會6月25號面試，如果我好好彩pass既話，那即係話我要2007年6月26號至12月26號內到美國。

如果到時真係放唔到假，唔知可唔可以申請延遲一d先入境呢？
