Your twin is very cute. They are so brave when they are facing the new environment. I really hope my son can be manage when he goes to school next year. Now he is so shy and rely on me very much.
If Dr. suggests you to send alan into hospital, you may better to do so.
My girl and boy have cough for 1 month. We gave them medicine, but no use. After going into the hospital (QE), the Dr. have serveral checkings for them and finally, they found that my girl has Type A Influz even she didn't have the relevant 病癥. Then the Dr. can give her suitable 抗生素 and she recovered within 1 week. ?-(
If your BB still have the sickness, you may better see another Dr. so as to seek second advise. Maybe the new Dr. can have new findings.

My girl and boy needed not only 吊鹽水 and 抽血 (everyday) but the most terrible is 抽鼻液及痰 (very painful). They did others like X-ray examinations, injections etc. The injections of 抗生素 need 1 hour to finish as it is injected through "黃豆" 及"飛機仔" (a bit uncomfortable).
Hope alan 仔 no need to go through these treatments.

Thanks. But it is overed. They are OK now and live happily. Sometime they may recall the terrible time in hospital, however, when they are sick, they will request me to send them to see DR. or to QE. They know that they can be recovered after seeing Dr. or go to QE.

Don't worry.
My son keep on having fever for a week already (38.6 to 39.9 C). Whenever, he go to have regular ENT (耳鼻喉) consultation in UCH (聯合), he get infected and have fever over a week. Terrible. The ENT clinic in UCH is full of gems.
I will keep on prayng for alan 仔.
