So many secretary here!

I do a different kind of job from all of you, I'm just a salesgirl and have nothing to do all the time! That's why I can get on the internet and chat with you!

Do all of you know what is the opening hours of the supermarket in pacific place(is it called great)? Cos I wanna buy fish for cheuk nam after work, thx! :mrgreen: I wanna cook the delicious congee and soup for him, but I don't know how to cook at all, pls help me! Is it just put all the things in the pot for cooking a soup?

Sorry for the stupid question~

I don't know how to cook "pig liver", cos is made by my mother in law. I think she just boiled it and mix with the congee gwa...... ?-(

Dear all,

I think an experience secretary is very essential for the success of a team or for a 日里萬機的老闆. Remember during my old days when i was working in office, the sec of my dept head was very 位高權重,簡直係一人之下,萬人之上~果時我不知幾恨做E. Sec/ PA....

I was working as Public Relations Officer, dealing with media and advertisemnt of a British Bank before I work as a Flight Attendant. However, I started to regret this years as I found that I am the one who look for career prospect and job satisfaction which my current job cannot fulfill my aspiration. As I feel very tired both mentally and physically of my current job and 覺得自己有d脫節咁~~. I plan to quit it by the coming year and plan ahead to start my own business. I like to 'use my brain and talent' to work instead of 用勞力&捱夜 to work....

I prefer my office work life in the past with the regular lifestyle like 作息有定時, can enjoy family days during holidays... 其實做白領都幾開心丫~~~~

I prefer my office work life in the past with the regular lifestyle like 作息有定時, can enjoy family days during holidays... 其實做白領都幾開心丫---------------totally agree!!!!! But I have spend couple of years for this industry, so it hard for me to change my job field............ :-(

我仔仔也是突然進步了很多，也因此好動了很多，搞到我抱他像抓泥鰍。唉，近來，他精力旺盛，我累了，他都沒累，白天睡少了，可是，晚上依然會醒幾次！！
今天，我煮了：豬肉冬瓜湯＋豬肉碎＋節瓜＝粥。哇，好好味，好鮮甜。

嘉嘉：
你同我的煮粥方法一樣，想問一下，可不可以用滾湯代替滾水放進保溫瓶裏悶生米？我今天試過，幾好味，不過唔知好唔好。

我今天試過一個好方法整碎豬肉：將豬肉凍一凍，（唔需太凍），然後用研磨器磨一磨，好碎啊，再用冷水浸一浸，用手捏捏，哇，肉蓉啦！！

I tried to give "pork liver" to Natasha once, but she didn't like it. Probably because I didn't try to make it more tasty, all I did was cook it and then grind it into puree, maybe it tasted too "san" for her.

Same here, Natasha hates to drink water. She only drinks around 0.5 to 1.5 oz water per day.
I used to boil sugar cane and horse chesnut water for her when she was smaller, now she drinks apple and pear water or just pear water as daily drinking fluid. Although it's not as good as water, it's still better than not drinking anything.

everyday is different kind of food for your kid, I'm very lazy le --------------------> 我仲懶呀…仔仔已經食左幾日雞肉粥啦…都冇轉過…

禽日同Elaine 上GC 買左Willy Bear, 好得意, 好底$180/6books + 1vcd, 今朝開比Holman睇, 佢一見個box 同D書就撲過黎"長" :mrgreen:
