唔知係咪食得藥多o既關係, 呢幾晚卓培訓到打晒功夫咁, 我同老公每晚都比佢"權"打腳踢, 但佢自己訓晏覺又好鬼定個喎??

好彩我個"羅友"夠大, 無整到條尾龍骨, 但因為我d"pen"骨撞到個sit位度, 所以呼吸困難&講唔到野! 尋晚半夜仲要比卓培大石壓死蟹:-x 而家仲有d痛, 不過頂得住! 其他乘客好似好緊張咁問有無事? bb有無整親?? 但就無人伸出同情之手:-( 卓培算係叫做好返啦, 雖然d藥仲未食晒, 不過我唔想再比佢食lu, 我諗住聽日比佢食猴"早"未清清d痰!

Bird net to bb.
actually my bb have it every sunday. my 99 prepared and it is her idea.

every sunday, bird net + meat congee for her
I just bought 燕碎 for her.

so far her 抵抗力 is quite good (touchwood sin)
just 2-3 times 傷風感冒.

you may try.... i think bird net is 溫和 things to eat.
should be good for babies.

yeah...she is really tall now. weight 11kg.
all the ppl guess she is over 2 year old.

I used to put some into congee... or just use the bird nest water to mix with milk power.
Since it is not easy to "sui fa"... you'd better cook it longer time...
