I note your concern. However I can assure you that there is no water anywhere near our Hotel. In addition all public systems are running normal.
Accor’s refund policy at the moment does waive cancellation penalty fees up till the 13th November.
Your booking is on the 18th November. Hence it is currently handled like any other cancellation.
Therefore you have two options:
1. Wait a few days and see if the cancellation policy is extended to a later date and get a full refund.
2. Move your booking to a later date
