When I resumed work, at the first week, I feel pain & full at every 2 hrs, I pumped 3 times during work, 10am, lunch & 6pm. I did not want to cry but I miss my sweety very very much.....:lol: :lol: :lol: .
May be you are just thinking & missing your BB, so your breast want to feed BB as physical reaction.
