我O係東美Agency 請左個賓賓..超勁唔店, 英文唔識聽..連PLATE 都唔明O係乜.. 叫佢LING 隻TEASPOON, 佢拎隻FOLK, 叫佢change 1 SET of BED SHEET...佢都唔明點解..白痴到完全唔係東美所提供既資料。直頭係欺騙!! 仲話個賓係在佢地菲律賓既學校受訓左一個月...連deep fried and pan fried 都唔明..pillowcase 都唔識換... 仲話個賓係大學畢業主修elemenary education... 點解我個女同佢玩同傾計..佢睬都唔睬...

個AGENCY 一D 都唔負責任....打親電話去..佢就話好啦..我同個工人講下... 講完又唔打電話比我等我知道發生乜野事...

之後我同AGENCY講..我想換人..佢叫我一個月通知個工人.. 之後, 我同個工人講炒佢一個月通知佢. 個工人玩野..將D 用過大姨巾痴O係我D 書上面, 我打去AGENCY..佢話我白痴, 點解我比一個月通知..唔係即炒..我話:係你叫我比一個月通知佢... 佢話唔係咁比..係應該O係封信度寫..如果呢個月內你既工作表現都

唔改既話..我就會炒你..但係我問過人..咁樣寫只係WARNING LETTER,,.唔係termination letter...總之, 東美就係勁潟膊.....

呢間東美AGENCY 分別O係旺角, 灣仔同埋荃灣都有分行.. 千祈唔好幫襯.....尤其是好似我咁係WORKING MOTHER..就比佢害到就黎連份工都不保。

請工人真係睇你彩數啦. 我個"姐姐"都係東美請 (係朋友介紹). ok呀, 一星期已經上手. 自動波唔使日日講 (不過有時都會退步, 要提, 之後又勤力返), 不過就唔係咁喜歡同我個女玩, 要叫先會. 會同女女做功課, 我女女又好喜歡佢. 佢十月完約回國放假, 會續第二個約.

我明. 但係...佢一D都唔似受左訓...連好簡單的英文都聽唔明..點可以話係AGENCY既學校都受訓左一個月。連叫佢換床單都唔明..之後攪完一輪, 轉左床單又唔換埋枕頭套, 枕頭套唔除左舊果個, 就將新果個套入去.. 呢D一D 都唔似O係佢地口心有提及O係佢地學校受訓一個月, 之後仲好唔負責任咁推斜責任。

I just hired a Filipino maid from them. My maid just started 2 weeks ago. So far so good. The maid told me they have training in the school for a month. I think every agency doesn't want to get involved after they received your agency fee. They only do the sales service. Once you paid them, they won't help you.

I hired from Mongkok. We watched the videos of maids and shortlisted the one which matched my requirements. Judy gave me advise of which maid she thinks it's good to take care baby. All the documentation was process by Ms Low.

I hired from Wanchai, I have also watched the videos and they have sorted some maids which they think is suitable for our family status. (Mainly, look after baby) The responsible person is Judy's daughter-in-law called Jessica. Jessica is the one asked me go to 消委會。

I also hired my previous bun bun from 東美(灣仔), the maid didn't know how to do house work at all, and had very bad attitude, so I fired her 2 weeks after she arrived.

Will never never use 東美 again

Totally agreed.
Very bad experience. Totally waste of time. BLACKLIST!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there several times as referred by friends. Spent several months already and every time we chose the maids aand the Top Maid subsequently said that the maid can't come because of different reasons.
One friend said that the boss Judy always said the maid's english is A+ but it turned out that the maid only know how to say yes or no.

They refused to let you have telephone interviews. BAD SERVICES AND DEFINITELY GO TO COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER COUNCIL!!!!!!!!!!

我之前幫襯信心（海外）仲衰呀（成＄２８００）！
唔記得同我入form（成個幾月都未入比入境處）,講哂唔同大話，
一時話唔知道原來個工人係跟爸爸姓(佢地以為佢只有名，無姓氏），
跟住又話原來個工人的passport唔夠半年生效日期，要搞好耐先來到，
比我個工人出生日期都係錯，
做錯嘢仲要大大聲話返你．．．．．．．
後來仲話”宜家最新的version是個工人自己唔來，
我叫佢比番錢我，佢唔肯，
仲話根據合約你無得要返錢，只可以在一年再選過工人，

仲有好多不開心的嘢，
找Consumer council 都無用的，　我已找過，佢地只會叫你去
小額錢x..............

所以我advise 各位要小心d無良公司，
１．問清楚佢地若果是佢地公司有問題或個工人唔來時可唔可以取回錢及可取回多少，
２．有冇d 隱藏費用？接工人費包唔包，工人到港在agent 住個人的住宿費幾多錢？
３．若工人有問題要求換人時所謂的包換是否要格外比錢，可唔可以換 local maid ？（當你個工人唔得要炒時，你會好urgent 用人，唔想請overseas ..........)
4. 仲有，d無良公司誠信有問題，好多時會同個工人提供d假資料，個工人的經驗／qualification/ ......　到你請左佢先知道的話
只有我們蒙受損失，．．．．．．．
總之，唔好找d年資少，　又成日close分店d agent,
大嘢未必好，但細嘢若有好多細字條款　１００％　黑店．

my friend hired the helper from top maid has no respect for her mum. She finally fired her and replaced another maid from another agency.
the local experiences of those maids were make-up stories. the maid read the scripts while the video-typing according to a maid hired by another friend. so, english is poor.
One maid said that she's married with 1 kid but in fact she's single...
the agency helped the maid to 'package' and 'lied'. Don't trust them!
Must black list!
don't fall into trap.

嘩！好驚呀！我之前果個BunBun同而家呢個都係响旺角東美喥請，之前個工人做嘢都唔錯，好斯文有學識，不過續咗約無耐就唔做話要去Canada；而家呢個BunBun嚟咗3個月，so far so good，係蠢啲，唔知遲啲會點！

My friend's maid (from top maid) also said that she will renew contract and suddenly she decided to go to Canada and so she quitted and left my friend cold feet with 1 month to change helper. My friend finally found a finished contract maid and she needs to take 2 weeks leave to bridge the gap.
those maids from top maid are not trustworthy like their the shop owners. make $ but no heart...
