I have this one, it can be use from new born, easy to handle.
For my case:
I have a big round shoulder, the padded strap is hard to my neck when I 橫抱 my baby,(I don't like the hard padding)

Its OK and comfort for 直抱, but I feel hot and sweating during the hot weather.
