hi, could some experienced sisters share, is it better to rest at home for a few days after ET or any good suggestion?
i will do FET on this Fri.

Hi Kellyaugust, is me... hehehe

Well my doctor suggested that I should at least take it easy for 2 weeks after the ET, and watch cartoons and funny movies, well I did what she said and.... twins....

I watch Friends, for 2 weeks hahaha, also the doctor asked me drink at least 2 cups of full cream milk (warm) but don't heat the milk, so what I did was, I put the glass of milk into a bowl of hot water and let it rest until the milk gets warm.... try it... I told 2 other of my friends and 2 all bingo ar...

我上次放雪胎都只請了三日假在家休息, 祝成功呀..

點解唔可以"heat"牛奶, 要用溫水"佐"熱呀? 我都有係屋企休息左一個星期, 休息期間都有睇笑片"mr bean", 但係最後都失敗左,:-( :-( 我諗住休息一下先, 可能睇下中e調理下身體至放雪旦.

因為如果煮熱D牛奶,在加熱過程中會走失好多益養架!So don't 'cook' your milk.

我之前做完ivf第二日就已經返工, 冇請假, 不過就當正自己已經大咗肚一樣, 所有嘢都好小心, 唔好太操勞, 唔好爬高痞低, 行得慢d, 唔好食寒涼嘢啦, 生冷嘢啦.... 最緊要就係保持心境開朗, 會容易成功同幫助長胎架!

我好好彩, 第一次做ivf就成功, 而家有咗孖b已經16週喇... 祝你一切順利啦!

thanks to all of your replies.

as i need to take care my son (4.9 yrs old), i wonder should i ask other ppl to help me take care of him (like bring/ picking him up from classes) for the first two days after ET.
