如題...我估佢啱啱開始攪手續...

有無人知成個流程攪幾耐?? 我想知我仲有幾多時間搵新工人...

我見佢淨雞雞keep 左我張ID copy 同一封有我地址既信...我諗佢用嚟申請用...我可以點做...

大家有無工人介紹??

個工人keep 咗僱主張 id copy係唔啱,但唔使即炒,等佢去唔到
Canada 咁絕.(又唔係有仇)
係人都希望搵到份人工 & 待遇更好的工作.
其實版主,你可以坦承同個工人傾 e 件事,同話佢知唔可以私下
keep 住僱主張 id copy. & 同佢講如果加拿大成功申請,叫佢一定要預先通知你,等你好有準備.
同個工人溝通吓啦,當年我媽家中的工人申請去外國時,佢好早主動告知我媽,我家人都替佢搵到好工作而開心,到現在個工人都時不時來電同我媽傾現況.

不問自取視為賊也. 純粹我個人接受唔到.
"佢被炒係去唔到Canada." 只係告知樓主實情, 並非建議為左等佢去唔到Canada而特登炒佢.
"係人都希望搵到份人工 & 待遇更好的工作." --- 絕對同意. 但係應該用合法和正當方法, 不能損人利己.

要同個賊傾,吾係馬,我對d賊都好絕架,我都會即炒佢,等佢偷得甘過癮.

要申請米申請law,都吾會有人會阻佢格,開心見誠law,點解要甘衰格呢?

我就唔會咁好心地啦, 喂, 佢幫我打工都有離心, 重要偷我d咁私人既文件, 重要同佢講良心, '唔係化'??? 佢攪掂左一腳蹺起你走左去, 到時邊個可憐你呀? 如果你係公司搵緊新工重偷埋公司d重要文件比你老細知道左, 你睇下佢會唔會'炒'你呀. 快d部署炒佢, 同佢鬥快啦.

Basically, the helper is working in HK 1-2 year more (degree holder)and have $ fee for applications. If they hadn't any application fee. The agents won't be assist them to find a job in Canada. So, they will earn money or brought from credit company.
My ex-maid have not finish my contract. So even they've a money but they've not a reference letter yet!
After that, I sent back her .....not in Canada. Just in her home :-P :-P because her target is not working in HK and she apply to working in canada then marry with to someone. I'm so sorry for broken her dream
because I wanted a helper more than dreamer.

Why keep your ID and letter? Please take care her to do e.g : to sue you , borrow $ to credit company / application for the mobile service fee......etc.
Depend on me , I don't like this maid too much because she is good planner to do something or penny-pinching

我呢個係LOCAL MAID, 之前一個約做左8 年,但同我開工左幾個月啫....查實佢做得唔錯, 如果唔係上個僱主都唔會用佢咁耐...

$我相信佢大把勒, 做左咁多年.....

俾您地一言驚醒, 佢可能想博過左嗰邊嫁得出就真...

我都有諗過把幾火貼錢炒左佢等佢去唔成, 但佢SO FAR真係做得幾好...我之前仲諗過若果佢肯簽長我都肯架, 點知, 有本事又有料, 咪走囉....

佢應該知我知(因我摷佢D野嘛...), 咁我應唔應該直接問佢呢? 好煩!

我會小心, 家下我連手袋都LOCK係房...

偷野又真係好唔arm(仲要係我既id!),但一但報警拉佢,又會斷左佢一生既幸福,我又唔係幾忍心.

i guess this case really depends on whether you like the maid or not,and whether you want to help her further her dream or not. ifshe is of a cunning type, i don't see how wrong to fire her for stealing and unauthorised use of employer's personal data. however, if she is a good one you want to help her, and you already know how she is going to use your data, you can let her try her luck. who knows? but i think it is better to tell her you know she has obtained your personal documents without authorisation, take back and give her warning. otherwise you don't know how she may re-use the documents in future e.g. borrow money, issue telephone card, etc.
