香港嘅瓜菜同英國嘅唔同, 你地通常煲d乜野粥仔比bb食呢?

另外想問下係tesco點買廋肉呀?

1個多星期後就要自己係英國買料煲粥仔, 無婆婆係身邊, 我怕到時會好le hei

我想我會煲紅蘿蔔or 南瓜粥比BB,呢兩樣野都算易買到...或者蛋黃粥(蛋白難消化)都好.

我平時煲豬肉粥會買organic pork fillet,一係chop碎先再用粥水滾熟or連米一齊落煲熟先拆絲. 不過有d friends 會買 joint (要自己起骨去下肥先煲), 話有d骨煲起來會香d wor…我想bb食既,不用太多味道,pork fillet 已經ok.

講開又講,你地有冇覺得英國的豬肉(those which say British Pork on the packing)都有陣’蘇’味…organic既(not made in Britain)好似好d…有冇同感??

i cook tomato,carrot,brocolli,potato,califlower,spanish.....etc with fish or meat congee nor.....i find that pork smell"so" too don't know why

實冇HK咁多選擇嫁喇...不過, 我地唯有就地取材...我都試過好多唔同種類既瓜菜....好好彩我2個小朋友都肯食!!!

哈...d豬/牛真係俾起HK "so" 好多, 不過, 我覺得Tesco既豬又冇Asda咁"so"喎....

我買"卡夫牛牛"咋...片裝嗰款...細仔依家小食粥...咁整麥皮俾佢做早餐時...都+一片囉.

叫 Lil's Moos Organic Mild Cheddar Sticks.
包裝係用一個網仔包住 7 條手指咁長既芝士, 每枝獨立包裝, 通常可放一個月.

Marks and spencer 都有類似既.

阿女七個月大, 一日兩餐粥仔, 我會用紅蘿蔔, 薯仔, 南瓜, 瘦肉, 雞肉, 魚肉, 菠菜, 椰菜花等搭配煲粥俾佢食. 我會先將D米用水浸過夜, 第二朝連埋其他材料放入攪拌器攪爛, 再用電飯煲煲熟就得, 方便又靚.
另外我間唔中煲D紅蘿蔔+玉米水, 或薏米水俾佢飲, 清熱氣

I prefer pork in Morrison. It's cheaper than other supermarket and the pork（豬展）is sweet for soup.

Sometimes I find it difficult to compare the price as the supermarkets do not sell exactly the same product.

Yes, I found that pork in Morrison is cheaper. Sometimes, I can find some products in a Morrison, but another branch of Morrison doesn't have those products. 豬展is from pork shank. It just costs 1 pound something for a big shank, so remove the skin....you can have the bone and 豬展. Very tasty. Also, I may buy Ox tails from Morrsion for soup too. They are also delicious, but the price has been gone up from 1 pound something to 2 pounds something now.

唔駛客氣! 哈...不過, 我好似係呢個topic離咗題, 講煲湯not煲粥, 因呀囡唔鍾意食粥, 食唔夠十餐, 反而佢鍾意食薯蓉+小小紅蘿蔔蓉+肉蓉.
