Dont worry, this only persists for less than a month and the stink smell will be gone. My son is now 2 yrs old and he is Nestle Nan baby since he was 2nd month old.
I called their hotlline when i first saw the greenish poo with stinky smell. They said this is normal because the digestive system was adapting the new formula (it's hydrolysis protein)
