We'll go to Toronto in mid July to early Aug. and I would like to apply some summer course (~1week) for my 5-yr old son. Any info I can get from the internet or where can I apply? Thanks a lot.

are you looking for Summer Course (academic), or Summer Camp (fun and activities based)? Half-day or full day? Where will you be staying in Toronto? Are you a citizen or just visitor?

My daughter is 5 and there are many summer activities for her. But without knowing your expectation, I don't know what to recommend.

Thanks for your reply. We're citizens and looking for summer camp, prefer half-day and mainly for fun (for him to practice speaking more English). I'll be coming to TO at ~ 20 July till 1 Aug and looking for courses in North York or Scarbrough. Thanks again a lot for your help.

I live in Markham, therefore, know very little about what's available in Scarborough and North York. But here is a link to the Summer camps offered by city of Toronto (Scar and NY are part of Toronto).

Thanks for your info. Actually I haven't decided where to live. I used to live in North York, that's why I ask so I'm more familiar with the area. But how about Markham, if not too far and if the time fits, I may also choose daycamp there. Do you mind give me some info about daycamp (half-day) in Markham, thanks a lot.

Hi Lydia, I think it's better if you can find out directly from them.
They will be full usually quite quickly. If you cannot enrol to these ones, let me know and see if I can find you some more private camps and they usually will have some more space.
