Tell her it is 冇可能請假讓佢回國. You will employ another bun bun if she want to go. Then she can resign (ask her to pay 1 month $ (notice peroid) to you) and she will loss all the long service $...........=>remember to record all those conversation with her.
I am sure she will go. She just want to get as more $ as she can from you before she goes to Canada.
Of course I will not borrow her any $ and will terminate her at once if I decide to let her go back. But since she worked for us over five years and took good care of my kids. We trust that it is a real case and want to borrow her $ and deduct from her salary each month in order to minmize our burden and help her way out.
About the Canada viza, how can know she got it, can anything indicate on her passport and check it from Canada Embassy.
Remember don't terminate her. If you terminate her, you need to pay the $ for her 'long service....over 1xxxx for 5 years'. If she resign, you don't need to pay for her.
Ask her to resign!

As I know, the Canada Embassy won't tell.
Usually, if your ban ban wants to go in hurry......over 90% is the visa is OK. She should entrance to Canada in the limited peroid of time.
