I just want to ventilate my recent feelings and I feel upset and burnout. i have hired an indonesia maid, she just needs to perform some general domestic chores and take care my 2-year-old daughter. my daughter goes to kindergarten in the morning. We are not so demanding. Actually, my current maid is good all along, however, her performance is deteriorated in recent few months since my daughter starts going to school. last thursday, when she took back my daughter from school, my daughter fell down on the ground accidentially. She admitted that it was due to her carelessness. And it resulted that my daughter's tooth 門牙was broken. she needs to have sedation 鎮定麻醉 to do operation 杜牙根,做牙套. it costs over $10000.However, her attitude had no significant changed, no remorse. After I calm down, I really want to change the maid. Should I fire her ? My daughter loves her and very sticks on her. Sorry to disturb and thanks for your patience. Thanks again
1) I will ask my girl about the accident first.
2) I will also ask the school teacher, the parents of the school mates, security guide and neignbour in my building about her attitude to my girl.
Then decide what to do. Sometimes accident does happen.
If you are still worrying then set a camera for few months.
