My son went to Tokyo when he was about 2.5 years. It was fine but, when we were staying in Disney Sea, there was hardly any game for him (too small). It was also not very convenient to carry him around in the crowded street of Tokyo. Flight to Tokyo took about 4 hours, which was long for a small kid (he did not want to sit still for such a long time).
