hisense is a quite new brand in mainland china and the reputation is not bad. (frankly i don't know their overall quality) but you can compare with skyworth or changhong which are the same class-level of tv in mainland china. most important is their aftersales service. if they are aggressive in hk market i think they will do more on their brand awareness and promotion. this is the easier way to leverage their brand. in contrast i think you'd better tw brand consider viewsonic/benQ.
