Under Invitation Round > Current Invitation Round and open the result page. It shows the EOI submission date (visa date of effect) for this week round.
For example, 2613 (Programmer) invitation is up to 9 May 2015 for those with 60 points. if you have 65+ points, you will be invitied right away without queuing.
according to current status , SA 65 should have invitation within 2-3 months, as long as ceilings not yet reached (still have 1100+ quotas for 2015/16)
For clients who have equal points scores, the time at which they reached their points score for that subclass (referred to as the visa date of effect) determines their order of invitation.
