唉 ... 要搵人裝修真係好頭痛 gar

我曾經搵過中學同學個哥哥（稱：A）幫我間屋大裝 .... 開頭報價 13 萬 .... 老實講，算係平 gar .... 當年好好境，咁隔離屋有條茂利日日入我個裝修單位問 A：師父，你哋 d 手工好靚 wor，呢個單位使唔使 30 萬裝修費呀？

可能係咁，A 就心紅，做做吓話唔夠數，要加價，加到 15 萬、後尾再加到 17 萬 ..... 最後 23 萬埋單！（補充一句：我係落單前已經自己畫好晒圖，講晒我嘅要求同有關設備，有乜理由佢報價後話唔夠數 gi tak gar）

我好 gar but 果個係我老死嘅亞哥，唔通我反面咩 .... 錢，係一個問題 .... 最主要嘅係佢唔跟手尾；當年『無縫地板』係新產品，佢話唔使 side $ 搵地板師父鋪地，佢哋可以自己攪掂 .... 終於，入伙唔夠 1 month 就谷起個地下 ..... 最後，係我出晒人情牌，搵我直接識嘅木工師父嚟我屋企急救。

後尾，我又有間屋要大裝，我搵咗樓下間設計公司裝修（稱：B） ..... 老老實實，無論價錢、手工，我都好滿意 ..... but 裝修咗 10 個月

再後嚟，又有間屋要大裝 .... 思前想後，都係搵 B 攪 ..... 結果 ..... 攪咗 1 年（最慘嘅係，租金已經大幅下滑）


我就嚟又要大裝喇 .... 都唔知好唔好搵番 B tim

一年???? 起樓都唔洗咁耐啦!!

我有個睇開的blog, 網主係2年前買左間村屋, 仲係由頭起到尾, 可以做埋設計果d, 佢搵的agant同師傅睇落唔錯, 可以向佢問下呀~

我之前新屋都係佢話整3個星期, 點知整咗6個月都未整好，最差係乜都錯!!! 我哋叫佢執漏後才比尾數，點知佢係我間屋到破壞，到最後我哋報警求助，最衰係啲差人唔係好想受理，好慘，經佢破壞後，不差不多一個月客廁無得用, 廚房無得cooking.
千其唔好去鴨脷洲大街那間，最衰我唔記得係什麼名，千其唔好去，黑店!!!

初時我重驚我話比裝修公司拖咗咁耐工程會無人信 ..... 點知喺度會遇到同路人 ..... 真係大家都唔好彩嘞

乜 d 人咁 PK gar ..... 無野嘅，咁樣做生意嘅咪一次過貨仔 lor ..... 睇怕佢檔野都遲早會摺埋 gar lar

No use. 消委會 won't really follow much.
I think the best way is to let everyone know so that we can prevent others from hiring the wrong person.

I am also the victim. We hired this company 晉溢工程 since Jun for a complete renovation for a 800 sq. ft apartment. Up till now he's still not yet finished.

1. He said he has over 10 jobs to finished, so he's really busy -- but that's not the excuse.

2. We wanted a marble top for the sink area, he gave us a ready made shelf with sink. We said we wanted him to change, he said cannot. He agreed at first, but eventually he said it's impossible. He forced us to accept.

3. He took the money ($150,000) and disappeared for 3 weeks without showing up. When we called him, he said he's ordering the tiles, and complained that the delay is because we took too long to select the tiles (we only used 2 days). Then he said the tiles from China (he told us to pick tiles from China) takes time to deliver......many many excuses.

4. But the worse is he order the door and it didn't fit. He used wood to cover up the top of the door frame. It looks so UGLY. He refused to redo.

There are still many many things that went wrong. The gate, the tiles, the toilet, taps.... I am really upset. Usually I don't post my complaints, but I think I should since he said he has over 10 jobs so that mean more people are going to be the victims.

If you happen to be the "victim", do post your questions, I will answer as much as possible. Things to watch out for:
1. Just have to watch out for the time schedule (we have to force him to give us a job schedule - which he didn't comply to it), if you give him $, do it in several payments, so to prevent him from disappearing for too long. He will come to work when he needs the money.

2. Don't order tiles from China, he will have many excuses for delaying the job.

3. Door height - make sure that the frame and the wall fit exactly.

4. If you are ordering sinks, marble tops, make sure there's no cracks, and it's what you wanted.

5. Water Taps -- select your own and ask him exactly which brand he is buying for you. He gave us really bad quality. Toilets -- can flush easier...

6. Plugs / sockets -- he promised clipsal, but ended up with no name brand.

7. Door Bells -- make sure the box is not sticking out.

8. Scratches and cracks on doorsides, frames, everywhere.

9. Water heater -- not too low. Make sure it's in a height that you cannot bump your head.

10. Air-con size and window -- if you are having new windows, do make sure that he has the right size and that the air-con holes fits exactly

Too much to list.... these are a few of the things that he has done wrong in our apartment.

If you haven't start the renovation, check around. Don't just listen to just one friend. Ask around.
