I will choose #1 because she has serious finacial problem and more mature.
But I think you'd better ask their background in PH because some are actually "BIG MISS" in PH and do not know how to do housework.
Not #1:never hire someone without overseas experience. u never know if she will be homesick and cry every day and every night , then resign in the first month. Also she is too old.
If u have no time to teach her to cook Chinese dishes, choose #3
Why not try to talk to them via webcam or phone to know more about them, this is a more direct way instead of making guess. Apparently the 3rd one has more solid experience from the description. I never trust the agent, I would always ask for interviews, through which I ask them a lot of questions so that I have assessment myself.
