很多方法。

其中一個為：
先在youtube把片段播放完，然後到：

C:\Documents and Settings\你的使用者名稱\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\

裡尋找一個叫做get_video的檔案。之後複製到妳要存放的地方，再把副檔名改成.flv便可以。

i still have one question, i hope you can understand coz my computer without chinese.

i want download video from my camera to USB , and then put in DVD, that i can follow the exercies form the television in sitting room. but the file is mov. i check my dvd, it needs mp4 format, may be it is a old model. how to change it form mov to mp4, i try download some software,but normally is to avi, vwa...
can you help me?

你check清楚你部dvd player support *.mp4既spec.(睇menu應該有detail介紹)係咩情況啦！
然後搵過細file size既*.mov轉做*.mp4黎試...遂樣黎~
"每次試都失敗"...有無咩message show how失敗法？
