今日美贊臣打來, 話有sample送來, 收到三罐安嬰兒A+同一個袋, 仲有一張被添.

我係醫院門口好多人會叫你填Form, 我都試過係私家診所填Form,我都唔知呢間係邊度填呀, 不過上網果啲就應該無用囉, 因為我個fd有填Pampers,都有收到試用裝, 我上網填就無收過啦.

i've called 美贊臣 today, they only give milk powder sample to those application form from private doctor. i'll check with my private doctor for the application form next week when i do the check-up.

i faxed the form to 美贊臣 yesterday, and they called me today, and told me the sample will be deliver to me a month later...
