For organic skincare & cosmetics, I use Miessence. It's an Australian brand. The products are not oily but nourishing, and the smell of essential oils is mild and nice.
For organic hair care, I use Eco Store. It's a New Zealand brand. When I first used their conditioner, I didn't like it as my hair did not have that silky feeling after use. But then I found out that all organic conditioners do not result in very smooth hair because they do not contain silicon like other conditioners do.
