I used to got my hair cut at those famous hair salon such as Hair corner, Private i, etc and in last Oct I want to try a new one so I went to ill Colxx in Harbour City.
Same as usual, I told the stylist I want hair cut + perm+ highlight my hair. Since perming and Highlight cannot be done on the same day, I need to came back the next week for highlight. Although this is a tier 1 salon, the first perm was not sucessful and I need to had re-perm on the next week as well.
After finished the hair perm in the first week, it costed me $2,920. I thought it should including everything already so I paid the bill and left. (I got hair cut + perm + hightlight done in Hair Corner at around $2,700.)
However, after the treatment done the next week, I need to pay for another $3,615 !!
I were really ....
They actually had not give me the "bill" and when I asked they told me the details of these 2 invoices as follow;
Bill 1
Hair Cut $870
Hair perm $2,000
Technical $50
They haven't told me the price before I started my hair cut (It's my fault for not to ask, as I can NEVER image the price can be so ridiculous !! ) and it seems that they had "provided" me with the most expensive / best treatment for every item.
In 3 months time, 50% of the perm has gone and I need to do the colour again already ... just want to warm you gals .... never even try this salon ...
Because firstly I already told the stylist the 3 treatment I required and which supposed to be done on the first time. And secondly, the $2,920 is around the normal price I paid at other salons with these 3 treatments, so I THOUGHT I already paid everything at the first time....
