Just want to know if you would set how long you give your maid to bath? 15 mins enough?

I won't. However, I set 'when' she can take bath.
She can only take bath after finish all her daily duties (usually around 9:30 pm).
Then, it is her time to sleep. She usually take bath for 15 - 20 mins (I never check her) and then go to bed before 10 pm.

通常我D工人都好自律~ around 15mins to 20mins~ 但如果發現佢連續3 days都超過30mins, 就要同佢講啦~

我個工人日日都大約　４５ｍｉｎｓ先出黎架，佢要手洗ｂｂ衫，自己ｄ衫，沖過涼囉，有時我都覺得佢耐架，不過佢又要洗衫，都冇得計太多架啦！有一次我９９同佢講過佢又答我９９順便洗下廁所，你都吹佢唔脹啦！唔通下下ｃｈｅｃｋ佢咩！

沖涼就係沖涼, set定另一個時間係洗衫 & 洗厠所. 等D人返晒工唔係度才洗乜洗乜! 沖涼只限20mins 就要開返度門! 等佢清楚明白你既要求~

If she hand wash bb clothes and her clothes after her bathing, if you do not closely monitor them, I guess they will use the same bucket of water and detergent and wash their clothes first and then baby's.

Also I found that they like to hand wash clothes after they take a bath because they can use hot water to wash comfortably. My super good maid is like this.

Now, I set the time for her bathing to less than 15 mins, if more than that, I will knock the door. After her bathing, she must open the door to hand wash her clothes and I will switch off the heater to make sure she is not using my electric heater. Otherwise, she uses 30 minutes to hand wash her clothes.

Ever since she comes here for 1 month, my water and electricity bil is just double and all the cleaning detergent is double!!
