吾知我有無記錯? 你之前好似有post上黎問好吾好請佢?

當買一個教訓啦, 通常係要受過教訓先會知道吾應該請吾完約的工人, 因為我就係其中一個例子啦

不過, 我真係好明白, 急果種情況, 無得揀之下, 要揀個羅底橙, 因為我都試過, 亦好彩, 差d想再一次請個羅底橙, 後尾思前想後都係無謂搏, 寧願自己/阿媽幸苦d, 捱多半年, 卒之搵到個完約

其實有無方法知道佢地係真正完約呢?佢地resume可以係假,agent可以呃你話佢做到08年12月,但其實08年6月未完約比人炒左有乜可以証明到呢?

睇佢passport個簽証囉, 因為唔同僱主請佢都要重新做過visa的, 同埋d解我地唔可以比試用期個工人架???我地自己打工都要有試用期啦!!!!最多咪比佢張單程機票比佢!!!

真係無奈. 三日就現形,賤精一定超難頂? 唔好再請未完約工人啦! 好急寧願貴小小試本也part time 頂住先好過.

You were correct. But I already signed the contract when i posted my question if I could check the terminated reason in Jan. I was just felt uncomfortable so I also called immigration dept to see if I could get the real terminated reason but they refused to tell me due to privacy. They also told me if the maid was so bad they wouldn't issue the visa.

When I interviewed her, the agent/maid said it was just communication problem as her ex-employer's ex-maids were all indo and the elderly couldn't speadk English.
She said she loved childrens very much and she needed the jobs to raise her family so she would do her best.
The agent was not so bad as my colleauge hired maid from her for many years. I blamed the agent he should have provided me the termination letter or check everything for me but maybe he just wanted to earn money. (it was just my second time to hire a maid so i had no much experience. the last time i hired from my friend (she was a indo agent)
But again, if i was not in a hurry i wouldn't be so stupid to hire this bad mad.

Now all i want is no more vitims.
