My baby started to have such problem when she was around 10 days. She vomitted regularly (fed her 6 times has 5 times vomit). I really made sure I have done most work that could avoid her vomit. I took her to goverment hospital, they said no problem. They said it was because I did not know how to feed her properly... then she still vomitted so I took her to see private doctor and stay in private hospital to check up. Finally found out she has what doctor called "reflex".
Doctor suggested her to change to another milk which is thicker, and then her problem was solved immediately. If you think I have tried all things to avoid vomit but your baby still vomit, maybe you can consult a doctor and then change to use a thicker milk.
