Performance Goals:

• Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Providing value-added service / solution to the clients
• Meeting the conversion targets for Telephone and Web enquiries
  

Business Development:

• Meeting new business targets
• Identifying, evaluating and pursuing sales opportunities
• Managing client relationship, establishing privileged contacts
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing inbound enquires and outbound telephone sales calls
• Making customer calls on evaluating service delivery
• Completing administrative tasks related to sales activities
• Communicating and collaborating effectively across all internal teams
• Preparing shift roster for meal breaks
• Sweeping missed voice mails enquiries
• Regular internal reporting paperwork
• AD-hoc duties may be required
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic with good selling and closing skills.
• F.5 or above.
• 1 years sales & business development experiences, fresh graduates are considered
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good team player with a good sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude.
• Immediate available is preferred.
