Here in NZ has quite a lot to do at the weekends.
We are not very outdoor people but we will go to the park, zoo, botanical garden, wildlife park, little walk by the sea or in the woods.
There are so much to do just depending on the weather.
During summer holiday, it is so nice to live in wellington and so much fun for the kids.
I enjoy the big outdoor but my hubby prefers going to the museums more.
The national museum (Te papa) is also in wellington.
During school holidays (two weeks per term), we go to kids activities and visit friends.
Kids are so blessed living here but quite demanding for parents if you are not very active.
Most of the places and things are very child friendly here.
