Dunno yet, will next you after i moved in, for the location and the club house facilities , i think it's superb in shatin area.

唉,會所係無室外滑梯等兒童設施,只得室內playgroup for 12個小朋友玩,我問會所staff咁full咗咪無嘢玩,佢話可以去行吓花園.

窗花, no ar, dun want to block the view. I've heard from the agent that management office can help to arrange it, but need the approval from landlord.
I've ask the 鋁窗工程公司 to come over to make the 有匙輔助窗鉸, so my kid can't push the window out. $200 for each, still might need the approval from the landlord when we have the handover of the apartment.
