有d E生要聽埋前面, 但有d就淨聽背脊便可。

The lung is divided in upper, lower +/- middle lobes.
to auscultate the back can assess the lower lobes only. You can examine other lobes by listening the front.
Just auscultate the back (for examination of lungs) is just an unprofessional practice.
