Midnight to 2am is the most important time of the day for breastfeeding. It stimilates milk production and helps maintain sufficient supply.
Your supply may drop after getting back to work. If you can, try to direct breastfeed at midnight, instead of using bottles. Try to go to bed early, like 10pm, and sleep a couple of hours before the feeding time.
But of course, if your supply is stable, you need not worry.
I always use electric bottle warmer to reheat. It usually takes less than 10 minutes.

trust yourself, mum by instinct protects baby & that's why it's not as easy to hurt as u imagine!
i usu ask starter to try the sleeping posture under supervision, say, if ur hubby or somebody (like 99 or ur mum) can check ur state be4 u get used to the posture :)

It' s very easy to fall asleep. I always afraid that my baby would suffocate by my breast or by covered by the blanket.
