I also doubt if this is to be bear by Employer as I found the maid has to join if they are new/direct hire. However, my maid already in HK and go for vacation but she also request me to pay for the membership of OWWA in order that she can apply OEC otherwise she has to pay for Philippine Airport tax. Who should pay for this USD25 ?
