You can check with Wing On (hotels are lower star), EGL (sometimes with special price).
But noramlly I go with JAL Satelite, as I am JAL member....but no use as not easy to get free ticket even going many times.
This time, for peak seaon in mid Aug, I find buying ticket separately at JAL Satelite + online booking of Japan hotel (they always have special plan, like long stay plan, pre-paid plan, 7 days advance booking plan), much cheaper than room price in those travel agencies ga, and you can pick the hotel you like. I normally do request for higher floor, good view and ask for baby bed (those agencies won't do so much remarks for you).
haha, you are going to Japan, when? I am ...em...em...em...having some knowledge in Japan ger, going to Tokyo with baby....but prepare to be very hard time...did you see my horrible experience in my fb?
