後來有agency話唔需要簽, 點知之後會自己加什麼內容, 只要收了信之後通知入境處就得. 我以後唔會再係佢封信上簽, 最多寫番封acknowledgement letter 比佢算..白紙上寫一句, This is to confirm that I received your resign letter on xxxdate. Your last working day is on xxxdate 比佢算數.
Maid resign by herself with one month's notice. On her last day I require her to acknowledge receipt all the money paid and airticket. She insist on signing upon I gave her my release letter.
My Questions:
1. She resign instead of I fire her - is it my obligation to give her the release letter?
2. She said she need that for next employment to show to agency and new employer, is this true?

若然resign代替被抄, 比佢release letter, 方便佢揾新工要到移民局同領事館搞手續.release letter 比唔比亦不是你義務or責任.
若Maid insist on signing upon I gave her my release letter, 寸寸地揾警察到場, 去acknowledge receipt all the money paid and airticket.
