除咗政府醫院嘅產前講座之外,唔知各位有冇其他好介紹呢?

I joined different kinds of mama club and they all have free seminar once in a while. on 22 Jan, I joined the one organized by Frisco and I think it was not bad at all...it lasted for 2 hours and when we left, we also have 2 cans of infant milk powder as gift and I could bring my husband to attend too. Once you join those mama club, they will send you sms if they have any seminar so you can decide which one to join (all free).

I also looked for a long time before but personally I think no need to attend that early....i attended when I was at 30wk

除咗bb會o既免費講咗，我因為plan咗餵母乳，所以join咗bbcare一堂過o既母乳班，我覺得好有幫助。
另外，我搵咗物理治療師(陶麗敏)，同老公一齊上產前產後運動班。佢一對我哋兩個，好nice、好有耐性，真係學到o野，紓緩到懷孕後期腰痛不適，同埋prepare生產，因為佢會教埋呼吸法。
我之後介紹咗佢俾好多朋友，個個都讚好
