Usually Cebu Pacific offers the cheapest ticket. U can go to its TST office to buy ticket directly. U can go to their website to buy (however, most people say if u buy ticket with credit card, u hv to show up at the airport with yr card?!). U can buy through agencies, usually they will charge $50-100 on top.
