Egg yolks

Vanilla essence

1/2 Tsp

Egg Whites

Plain Flour

Melted Butter

50g



Method

1. Whip A until light and fluffly

2. Whip B until soft peak.
Add in C and whip until stiff.

3. Mix the egg white mixture with A until well-blended.

4. Flod in D. Mix until well-combined. Add in E and


mix until well incorporated.

5. Pour it into a greased and lined round mould.

6. Bak at 180"C for 30 mins.


Remove the cake immediately when baked.
