I need the copy of health insurance policy for 457 working visa application. I plan to enrol the plan offered by the Bupa. Should I pay before I get the health insurance policy for visa application? If my application fails, will they refund? Many thanks!
another question about the visa application is whether I should submit the certified copy of those certificates if I apply the visa online. Becoz they only require me to scan and submit. dunno if they only need to scanned files of the original documents....

You don't need to pay until you arrived then they will send you invoice for payment. You probably need to call them when you arrived to update details such as: address in Australia then they will send you the medical cards.
You can scan the health insurance policy to the case officer, they accept scanned copy no need to send original. Hope this helps.
