工人做夠一年想放假,話要有OWWA先有OEC先可以返HK,要employer俾嗎?

佢自己中途返屋企果D費用僱主唔駛包吧!!上年我工人自已返左一次屋企都無問過我要任何費用.

我朋友試過工人中途返屋企, 佢話所有費用一人一半, 佢話問過AGENT都係咁講, 我就唔多信僱主要負責一半.

thanks. I'll check with 大使館on monday, as my agent told me, an OWWA last for 2 years and its under my name, but if I change helper within 2 years, she doesn't know if I need to pay for another one or not.

and she said since it is my helper wish to take vacation during 1st year of contract, I don't need to pay for it ( or anything) but only when I need to renew contract.

Hi

My maid needs to go back home for attending her dad's funeral.
She applied OEC and asked me to pay her back? Should I ??
By the way, I have booked the air tickets for her, Should I ask her to pay back the money to me ?
I really worry she will not come back.

Please advise.

My maid is almost the same case as yours, but it's her brother instead. She has to go back home this wed.
She applied OEC already but paid the fee herself, didn't ask me to pay her back and she said it's just around $50 only.
For the air tickets, she also paid by her own and as I understand, we need not pay any fee if she goes back to her home during the contract period.

Btw, I also worry that my maid will not come back ...
