Why did you go there at the beginning? As far as I know, there are many agencies in Sceneway Plaza! Is it because the agency fee is cheap? To me, I'll just go to some recommended agencies, even though some may not be so good!
I live there and last year when I needed a maid desparately (as my previous maid suddenly left me and my trusted agents couldn't help me find a suitable one after the Manila massacre), I walked in a few agencies in Sceneway Plaza and I got some impressions about them. In fact, I can't say that I know a lot about the agencies there. However, those that I felt very bad (bad in service and follow-up) had been closed already. At least 2 have been closed down since the beginning of this year!!
