真係越早睇越好, 如果唔係...條頸會越來越鎖得緊, 我早幾年試過, 最後連上/落床都痛到喊

我之前坐姿唔好, 個頭轉唔到, 條頸硬左, 痛到起唔到身。

去睇物理治療, 會好d 架。

I had similar case like yours but worst....
I hurt my neck in an accident and hence I couldn't move my neck and so painful otherwise. Then I kept visiting one famous 跌打 herbalist for a week ( once a day ) but still got no improved.
Luckily a friend of mine introduced to me her 跌打 herbalist, just one cure at the first visit, like a miracle, I could move my neck. pm me if you wanted my herbalist' details.
