i am thinking to hire a finished contract maid who is going to finish contract in end of Aug. She doesn't want to go back first until Oct this year. That means she will work for me one month only and then will go back to have 20 days holdiays. If she comes back really got pregnant, this is a "nightmare" to me as she only works for me 1 month but I got to have her for 2 years (cannot terminate her no matter how bad she is as she is pregarant).
