She takes an hour to have a few spoons of porridge. Dun open mouth, turn her head away from spoon. Immediately after it, can finish her usual bottle quickly, in 10 mins.
Have you let her tried other things? Like baby pasta, oat porridge? Or even adult pasta? As she is already 10 months, there are a lot of things she can eat, not just porridge. maybe you can try different things to explore what she likes.
Also in the porridge instead of just fish or pork or chicken, you can also try adding mash pumpkin or sweet potatoes. I normally would give my little man one meat/fish and one green/red veggies in the porridge these days. He loves them!
Hope these help and hope your little girl will start eating more solids.
回覆:10 month coming, still not interested in solids
