I asked her to write the resign letter to me actually. She wrote it finally. If she refuse to pay me, how can I do ? Shall I still need to buy the return ticket to her ? If I don't buy, I am afraid I will violet the law. If I buy, she still owe me 1 month salary.
You need to provide her a return ticket no matter she was fired or resigned. You better file at labour dept to claim her one month cash in lieu due to you. She only worked for 7 days and i don't think she has money to pay you but hopefully it can be partially offset by the cost of ticket. It depends on the final judgement by labour dept.
