The Post:
- To provide secretarial support to the manager and administrative support to the team
- To handle clients’ enquiries in a professional manner
- To assist with data entry and file management.
- To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
The Person:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration or client servicing is highly preferred;
- Experience gained in sizable multinational corporations or professional firm is a definite advantage;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin is a must;
- Must be mature, able to work independently, well-organized, detail oriented and with strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong in using MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fresh graduate with high sense of responsibility and fast learning capabilities will also be considered.
